do you ever find yourself throwing your hands up in desperation and yelling, “just wondering if you know what you’re doing, GOD?” because you’ve assumed that HE’s giving you the big thumbs up to whatever plans you may have concocted for your life. but suddenly you watch it all fall apart. the basket falls in slow motion to the ground and all of your beloved eggs shatter on the cold surface of reality. then you just stand there staring at the broken pieces, waiting for the numbness to dissolve while wondering just how efficient duct tape really is and if it would work to mend ruined dreams. welcome to today.
